I'm sorry, but you can't use or say that....
....its Rolex's registered trademark:
Rolex Oyster (be careful what you order at your next seafood bar) Air-King Cerachrom Cellini (not Benvenuto Cellini, the other Cellini) Chromalight Cosmograph Crownclasp Crownlock Datejust Day-Date Daytona (they might have a problem with this one) Deepsea Easylink Everose Explorer (those who actually explore will now be referred to as wanderers through the wilderness) Glidelock GMT Ice GMT-Master Goldust Jubilee (didn't Queen Elizabeth have one of those a few years ago?) Milgauss Oysterclasp Oysterflex Parachrom Paraflex Pearlmaster Perpetual (Einstein is rolling over in his grave right now) President (anybody notify Trump yet?) Ringlock Rolesium Rolesor Rolex Royal Black (that's a new one on me) Rolex Royal Pink (I'm pretty sure I don't want to go there) Sea-Dweller Sky-Dweller Submariner (let's see you sell this idea to the US Navy) Tridor Triplock Turn-O-Graph Twinlock Yacht-Master Yacht-Master Regatta It seems the only trademarked, copyrighted, homogenized, blended, protected word they didn't include in this list is UNOBTAINIUM, which is the material that most Rolex watches will be made from after their next round of price increases.

Unobtanium is a trademark of Oakley so technically you can't use that, either.

OP forgot the most important registered trademark, the crown device.

OP, it seems like you don’t understand how trademarks work. Trademarks are filed with “classes,” or categories. So Rolex has the term Explorer when describing watches. Ford has the term Explorer when describing cars.
