Shiny Daytona bezel
Last night I gave a light cleaning at my 6239, just a little buffing with a wet cloth and some soap.
What I notice is that the bezel is now very shiny, and I actually preferred the more understated/less reflective look it had prior to the cleaning. Silly question, but: is there a simple way to tame the mirror look a little bit? Thanks |

Wear it, you've just polished it a little bit.

Thats what polishing does. Once you knock it around and its gets dirty the dull worn look that you originally disliked will come through again.
