Whew, what a ride. Finally got the account recovered, and the first thing I did was turn on 2FA (like I should've done a while back).

My full gratitude goes out to Stevo, Tony, Patrick, and all of the friends I have in the watch world who reached out on my behalf to first report the fraudulent listing and subsequently helped me recover my account.
