Drooling over my new Datejust

So walked in AD, not one I’ve been to before. This piece was being shown to a lady who after some thought left it. I asked the SA to show it to me which he reluctantly did. Took me 20 seconds to say I’ll buy it

Can’t get any of the sports models at retail unless you spend bucks and bucks with them, hence I’m loving this watch. Something about the dial which is simply wow in my opinion.

Don’t think I’ve gone wrong at MSRP, even if they become easy to get in the future.

Next on list for this with the baton dial instead of the Wimbledon. Identical configuration. Looking forward to it! It's been a 1.5 month wait so far for a damn Datejust...
