Craziest Daytona I ever seen 1000% factory

Freind of mine who is a SERIOUS collector just received this from Rolex. He referred to it as the Wildcat. I never seen one of these before so I thought I would share.

Interesting is the right word. Definitely won’t win the popular vote.

It’s a bit ‘producer Michael’ for my taste.

I have seen it but not in person. 2018 release maybe?

I like it. But the vast majority probably don’t. Then when John Mayer says he likes it, the interest will creep up suddenly lol.

My SA just showed the picture of this Daytona (Eye of the Tiger) to me couple days ago when I pick up my YG Daytona with Green Dial. I told her that if they get that watch, please let me know, I like it very much from the picture.

And here I was thinking the standard Daytona was barely legible.

Is your friend Ellen DeGeneres? I mean you have got to be some collector and I'd argue be a political figure or some sorta celeb to get something like that from Rolex.

he has all the rainbows, Iced out GMTs, etc etc. For whatever reason he acted as this was especially unique. I never seen one on an OF or that design. I seen the "leopard " which is similar Its not my cup of tea and was hesitant to post as I knew it would not be popular here, but I thought was interesting so I went against my better judgment

116588TBR. Retails for around 100K. The bezel is amazing, but I'm not a fan of the dial.

Yes, Eye of the Tiger - 116588TBR

The owner of one of my jewelers has one and he showed it to me. They deal in pre-owned Rolex and are into customizing for people.

It wasn’t as flashy as the close-up pictures you see in posts. The background color visually muted the diamonds when I viewed it.
