Warranty not filled out aka open-warranty?

I'm looking at an AP Offshore from the early 2010s that has an open warranty aka was never filled out. How does this happen and is it legit? Can I use the warranty then? Not sure how it works. Insights will be appreciated.

AP warranty cards from back then were essentially useless, the amount of inventory that was flying around from the AD's to the grey market was huge and a lot of times the warranty card (i.e. the sticker inside the book) wasn't stamped.

Regardless, the warranty has long since expired and is of no value to you, stamped or not.
