Outstanding transaction with Desirolexwatches!

I just had an outstanding purchase experience with Desirolexwatches. I attempted to purchase a GMT-II BLRO the seller had advertised on TRF that wound up sold, and the seller, feeling badly, went way above and beyond to find another BLRO, just the model/year I was looking for (a 2018 with the Mark 1 bezel), that same week. His communication was outstanding; he listened carefully to exactly what I was looking for; he found and disqualified options that were not up to par; and then he found and immediately overnighted me the watch I had told him I was looking for. And he did so at break-even, at best, because he was determined to do the right thing by me. That kind of integrity and customer service, unfortunately, is not common. Needless to say, I'll be turning to him again when shopping in the future.
