Daytona 116520 from 2016 & 2015 crazy prices

Prices on these models now are as expensive as 116500.

Same with Zenith 16520s. They're going even higher, but are more collectible, of course.

All Daytona prices are crazy. Just a few years ago, many ADs had more than one platonas in their window display. Look at their prices now

The run out models with Chromalight lume will do very well as they were only made for 2 years. Most of those have the APH dial as well for what it's worth.

Ive noticed that as well, it seems like finding a white non aph dial is more rare in the last few years of 116520 production.

If you think the late run APH are high try to source a good cream dial full set....they are worth more than the ceramics.....

Daytona prices are so crazy, the Speedmaster is solidified as the classic chronograph because none of the watch geeks can buy Daytonas anymore :(

What is an APH dial? I have a white face 115620 and have seen that referenced but am not familiar.

Funny I ditched a Zenith once because I wanted the in house movement which was new at the time

The “aph” in Chronograph is spaced. Does it mean anything? No
It is all hype, Rolex made many variations of the dial, not low quantity, and no one cares.

Better off with a P-Series (box and paper’s) Panna cotta cream dial.
Very, very few are real panna cotta cream.
Maybe 1000- 2500 at most.
Can still buy for under 35K - definitely on its way to 100K status watch.
