“Is that a new watch? It’s so beautiful!”

Got that a few times this weekend. Really loving the 126333... So much that I want more two tone. I will be a TT proponent forever

The 126333 is, on the one hand the most iconic and perfect Rolex as viewed by the majority of the general public, and yet simultaneously the undiscovered/neglected treasure of TRF watch enthusiasts. It's a beauty.

I know that for some, the increase in size to 41mm makes it a bit overstated relative to the 36mm models many are more familiar with, but IMO, it is still proportional on most wrists and frankly increases the “wow” factor on wrist

Worth hearing more... many on TRF report non-WIS folks rarely notice what’s on our wrists. You may be running in rarefied company!

How odd. NO one ever notices any Rolex I may be wearing, and additionally I only wear short sleeves.

Congratulating a random stranger on his/her wristwatch can be a bit awkward. Depends on the situation. For instance, it’s totally cool at a bar to start a conversation, but kind of uncool in public transport in front of everybody.

Have to agree been wearing Rolex watches for over 50 years, and you could count on one hand the number that have noticed any watch that I was wearing, perhaps I am wearing the wrong type of Rolex.

The number who notice isn’t the same as the number who comment.

People do notice!

Same here. Been wearing a Rolex since 92 or so. I've had Subs to two tones to Deep Blue and maybe 1-2 times sitting on an airplane a guy (wearing a Rolex BTW) would look over and say "nice watch I love mine"

I have received more compliments wearing a Panerai, a Doxa and my Tag Monaco than any Rolex. For what it is worth I like it that way. I do not wear my watch for others to enjoy, just me.

What dial do you have? My first ever watch was a 16233 champagne. I’m very strongly considering buying the new 41mm at the moment it’s a beauty and nice you can buy it immediately from the AD. I love tt and I have sold all mine over the last few months so I want to add A new one.

Champagne. I was deciding between white and champagne. AD had champagne and I loved it

That was my first Rolex... and I didn't want it because it was available. I actually wanted it after searching the Rolex website and thinking it was the best looking. Enjoy it, it's great

That two-tone is classic Rolex.
It never went out of style, and never will.

TT fan here and the 126333 is THE Rolex with the DD.

Like Lego said very well : "The 126333 is, on the one hand the most iconic and perfect Rolex as viewed by the majority of the general public, and yet simultaneously the undiscovered/neglected treasure of TRF watch enthusiasts. It's a beauty."
Booooooooom !!

126333 is TT YG Datejust.

TT Datejust is one of the most popular Rolex to most people in the world but not at TRF.

My modest Oysterdate got noticed once, because the person next to me having lunch at work thought the magnifying date window was a drop of water, and tried to wipe it off :)

Aah - the lowly TT Datejust

My favorite and probably my next watch to go along with my SS jubilee fluted blue dial. The DJ 41 is so underrated in this market.

In my humble opinion of course.
