Hi all - does anyone know what the 428-V and the WPB marks on the Rolex service card mean?

WPB is a Rolex-internal code classifying the potential secondary market value increase.428-V no idea.

I think there is a "country code" as to where the watch was shipped?

Yer I thought that it was country code was searching around however I can’t find 428 relate to any country
