For sale is a pre-owned excellent condition 36mm 18 karat yellow gold and stainless steel Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Graph “Thunderbird”. The 16263 is an X serial, circa approximately 1991, and is accompanied by a box, but not any papers. The Rolex features a brushed steel case with a bidirectional yellow gold 60 minute timer bezel. The Datejust is mounted on a 62523H Jubilee bracelet with brushed steel outerlinks, polished gold center links, and is secured by a deployant clasp. The bracelet contains three removable links, and will comfortably fit a 7.25-inch wrist. The Rolex features a factory ivory “Jubilee” dial with applied polished yellow gold Arabic numeral hour markers, polished yellow gold hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 16263 is the Rolex Calibre 3135, which features approximately 48 hours of power reserve, and was COSC certified. The case on the Datejust is fairly crisp with even lugs. The bidirectional bezel is also fairly crisp with sharp lines, while the numbers and lined texture on the face of the bezel are fully intact. The Jubilee bracelet does contain some stretch, would rate it 85% plus, but overall has stood the test of time well for a 30 year old watch. Overall the Rolex is in excellent condition, with the only imperfections being some faint surface level hairline scratches on the watch’s high polish accents.
