Saw a 116660 black but with aftermarket blue dial today.

This was a weird one. Local grey brick and mortar shop had two blue dial 116660s in stock. One was $18.4k and the other $14k, both full sets. The cheaper of the two was really a black dial originally, but the owner sourced an aftermarket or replica James Cameron dial. Both watches looked identical. I was kind of interested at $14k for a DSSD JC, as I would wear it with no concern for everyday wear and tear. But I don't think RSC would touch it or that it's worth that much. Anyway, do customizations really ding value?
