I think you missed the joke there. There's some sort of discussion (again) about gray vs AD, and what bizcut wrote was the argument why someone would in no case go gray.

Anyway, I know that the Rolex gem models are works of art, but so is a custom made purple hat with feathers from extinct tropical birds. And in my opinion, both of these send the same message.

It a pretty full on piece and more suited to the lady with everything, just my opinion of course.

RRP in AUD is around 200-250 from memory, my AD showed me one recently.

Horrible, horrible, watch. Wouldn't wear it even if given it for free; would use it as a paperweight.

That said, Rolex makes all sorts of horrible gem-encrusted monstrosities. A lap around the Vegas boutiques will reveal models that most will never see before, and yes, they tend to sit there for long periods of time as well.
