RSC Dallas photos >>>>

So I was out riding my scooter today, and before I knew it, look what I rode by...
Sorry for the poor quality, they were taken with my iPhone.

Actually, I just got home, and downloaded them to my Mac.
I suppose I could have done it from my iPhone, but it would have taken a while!

Good stuff Mark, thanks for posting. So, do you live in Dallas or are you just visiting from Houston (your info. says you live there)? I live in Dallas and have been to the RSC a few times...very friendly staff!

Tom,
I work in Fort Worth during the week and stay in an apartment in Grand Prairie, but I go home to my house in Houston every other weekend or so.

Yikes, that sounds rough! I'm in Capital Medical Sales and cover all of Texas but I, at least, am home every weekend. The daily commute from Grand Prairie to Ft. Worth sounds grueling in and of itself!

Actually, the commute from Grand Prairie (Arlington really) to Fort worth is not bad at all, 17 miles each way, against traffic (and in a comfy Lexus). It's the commute home to Houston that's a killer!

Understood, for some reason I assumed you were doing this on your scooter...hence 'rough'. A comfy Lexus for the drive in is much more tolerable!

Oh yeah, on my scooter, THAT would be rough! And I have done it a few times, just for fun, but no way could I do it every day!

kinda disappointing once you get there isn't it? 6th floor with water and choclates being offered. Least the choclates were great.
Did you pocket up a few?

No, I didn't go in. It was Sunday, so they were closed. I was just riding around and stumbled across it.

It's a nice building. Not a drop of oil on the floor of the parking garage. The place to drop watches off is a just a room with two poeple sitting there offering water and choclates. The go behind a door and come back. It was disappointing to visit but I will always go there to get mine serviced.

Mark, they are excellent shots.

You got a very good eye for the right angle.

Thanks Imtiaz!
I'm sure I looked rather silly to passing motorists as I was holding my iPhone up to take the shots! They were probably wondering "What the...?"

Thanks. I just wanted to share. It's always nice to see other places, especially if it's your watch going there for servicing. Puts a "face" to the name, as they say.

Yeah, if I could just sell my house in Houston, I would save ~$1000.00 per month NOT having to pay rent in Grand Prairie, + utilities, + gasoline driving back and forth, + depreciation on my car. MAN, that would pay for many more watches!
