Modest 4 watch collection

Here's my thoughts on my modest 4 watch collection, but one I am proud of….

Pepsi - love, love, love this watch and it's the one that gets most wrist time. I love the look and how the light catches the white gold indices and bezel, and the jubilee bracelet is so comfortable. If I ever need to free up some cash and reduce the collection this would be the last to go.

Blusey Sub - wow, blue and gold just work so well together and the sunburst dial is something else. This is the one I keep for going out somewhere nice or special occasions. Beautiful piece.

DJ41 - newest addition to the collection and the white dial is so clean and crisp and the light play from the fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet is mesmerising. This watch looks great with a suit but can be dressed down with jeans and a t-shirt.

Omega Planet Ocean 39.5mm - this one's a bit of as tank and I tend to wear it when I don't want the other 3 getting dinged. However the highly polished ceramic dial is lovely and there's no doubt you get a lot of watch for your money, particularly with an AD discount!

So there they are. Have tried to diversify the collection and cover all occasions. Now... what to get next??

Thanks for reading my ramblings

Not sure how you land on “modest”, but nice collection

Great collection. I would suggest adding chronograph watch, either Speedmaster pro or Daytona.

Nothing modest about your collection you bought some great watches, wear them in good health thats the most important thing.

Did you just recently purchase most of this collection? If so, I would live with it for awhile.

I like the collection. I would also look at something without a stainless bracelet, for when you want to switch up your look. I have a Speedmaster Racing on a Horus strap that is my current fave (until I let it go, lol)

Much nicer than modest;)

How does the PO39.5 wear compared to your GMT and DJ? I have a blnr and dj41 and am looking at divers. I had a PO 45 (8500) that I sold as its huge. However the 39.5 seems small/tall and the new 43.5 seems like it may wear like a Rolex 40. I’m not against a smaller size as I have a Daytona and love it, but for a diver seems the proportions might be better for me on the larger PO.

Works for me! If you really want to add another would just save up/wait and get a PM watch.

Modest lol. That is a great collection, congrats! Enjoy what you have, but if you want to add, then something on an oyster bracelet would balance things out nicely.

You must be using a different dialect of the English language if the first word that you think of to describe owning 3 Rolex watches is "modest"

For me, you needs Chronograph, two obvious candidates Daytona and Speedmaster, but what about thinking out of the watch box and having a look at a Zenith El Primero?

Nice collection, well thought out, congratulations

Be proud of that collection. It is by no means modest and I’m sure represents a lot of hard work. Be proud!
