It’s a nice watch but would not be one I’m interested in!
Of course the limited production will make it significantly hyped but IMHO it lacks a lot of VC DNA!
This would fit much better as an omega or Tudor but not a VC watch……. But that’s only me!

I love it. But I care about it as much about it as any new Rolex release, which is close to zero. Because the chance of getting one for me is close to zero. (And No, I will not pay "market adjustment" for any watch.)

Like the dual time everest, love it because the case is made of a special type of titanium metal called "UNOBTANIUM"

Would prefer if the case was titanium, bezel steel. Even better if it was the same as the one-off worn by CR with tantalum as the bezel and titanium as case.

.... and the full titanium bracelet. A ti case and bracelet were what I was most excited about.... shortcuts were taken.

Indeed.

It's lazy. And it's too bad, really. :(

So much potential. And so much potential on the rollout, too.

Looks great, but short of its potential as many of noted for reasons above.

the dual time is to die for. very well executed by vacheron in my opinion. you don't need a bracelet for a sports watch
the details on the dial and movement, man, it's crazy

I mean, it's really nice, but everyone's talking about it like it's earth-shattering.

To me, it's not.

I was lucky enough to be invited to the event last week & they had a range of complicated watches as well as the standard models like Patrimony. Not too many overseas, mainly a couple of historical ones & the new everest model. I think it's really nice but again with Vacheron it is overpriced for what is. Their overseas world time is another example that comes to mind in this category

Well, I love the pictures and video I’ve seen so far.

I have been allocated one, and when I finally receive it, I will do an incoming post and a first impressions review

Why do watch companies insist on putting a date window on watches with triple sub-dials. It seems lazy to me, like they are just pulling a movement off the shelf and slapping it in there. Oh, this movement has a date function, ok; we will awkwardly add a funky date window to this already busy dial. No one will care and we will sell millions of them but we saved 3 cents per watch.

It's beautiful, but I believe that watches designed with an integrated bracelet should be on a bracelet and not a strap.

Spent a year and a half with the blue one trying to like this bezel. Loved everything else about the watch, save for the bracelet that doesn’t taper enough, but that bezel I could just not get friends with.
