Breitling question

Hello, apologies in advance for a not a Rolex related question. I’m being told that the right bottom
Chrono button is non functional and serves no purpose. Can anyone verify this.

What you have there is an AB015412 Breitling Limited Edition 43mm "Hunter Caseback" (flip-open rear cover, akin to a pocket watch) from around 2014. (There should be a number XXXX of XXXX on the left case side.) It was a "Boutique sale only" reference. It came with a special mini-link bracelet of extreme flexibility and fascinating design. Hope the bracelet is there for this item; you photo does not show it.

The upper pusher 'should' start/stop the Chronograph. The bottom one 'should' be the hands' 'reset' feature. At least, that is typical Chronograph convention, although I do not know the specifics of this reference. I have never heard of a Chronograph where one of the pushers is non-functional. [If there was no NEED for a pusher, they would not have gone to the expense of adding it.]

The dial seems to be designed(?) to appeared patina'd?

Here is a video of the watch (NO pusher operation is shown):

Hope this helps!
