Rolex and Tudor are close - titanium YM/Pelagos
I am excited about the new Pelagos announcement today and there are some photos of the actual watch leaked. Interestingly the new style nato on the Pelagos with fixed bars looks familiar. Then I realised it looks very similar to the strap on the unique titanium YM made for Ben Ainsley by Rolex. Just shows how close the two companies still are. What do you think?

There's something about the new case I'm not digging, like the lug area.

I prefer the existing Pelagos over the no date.

It would seem Tudor are distancing themselves further away from Rolex with that design, which is no bad thing I guess. No crown guards? I have to say its not one I would consider, just looks like a 90's TAG crossed with an Omega.

It has the same crown guards. That’s just the photo.

the new bezel is kind of too busy! I like the lug design though.

Reminds me of the fully graduated bezels on the deep sea and the 116600 seadweller. The milsub always had fully graduated. Just not a count down.

I really don't see anything exciting about the new bezel.. I am still very much in love with the existing one and it's preferred.

I'm definitely considering this one. I think it looks way more interesting and different (from other divers) than the previous version of Pelagos

That strap is epic! Very cool watch. Wonder if it will be a limited edition?

I'd be wining and dining the nearest SA for that titanium no date Yachmaster if it made it to production and calling the AD today for the MN Pelagos if it were in black. I get why it is blue for historical reasons, but unless I am swayed after seeing it in person, I'm probably sticking with my current Pelagos on Erika's MN strap.
I really like the new bezel teeth though. They made it more aggressive, without stepping on Rolex's toes with the deep scallops of the Rolex diver bezels. |

New MN Tudor is a winner....but not for me. The case length is a bit too long at 52mm!!!!

Nice but nothing special, personally would prefer it in black.

I would love to see them put out a black version as well.
