First AP incoming

I recently picked up my first AP. Code 11.59 in RG with blue dial.
I know this model is not getting the same level of appreciation as the RO & pics don’t do it justice.
You have to see it and experience it in real life. The level of finishing with polished and brushed parts in the case is amazing
I simply love it in this combo with RG and blue dial. The dial is stunning, it can be bright or dark blue depending on the light.
I am a Rolex fan boy but this watch is on par with my DD40.
Surely won’t be my last AP.

I also did not pay too much attention to it until I saw few references in real life.
The combination of rose gold with blue dial is sublime.
I had to wait for the boutique to get the watch.

I think it looks too sporty on Kevlar and I have few steel Rolexes.
But the option to add different straps is very nice.

Saw one of these and just didn't like the case. Dial is cool but still pretty dressy to me.

It's definitely not a T-shirt watch. But works great with most sport jackets and suits. I find myself going to it more often than not for work when I'm in person for meetings. It's a stunning piece that you need to try on and use a little to fully appreciate.

I wear mine with tee shirts all the time, it's quite versatile IMO.

I am planning to do similar - jeans and polos.

I have the feeling it will draw less attention even compared to steel Rolex just because people don't know about it.

I actually think the case is one of the stunning things about it. It has round case on top with octagonal shape in the middle. It's a blend between brushed and polished parts.

Congratulations on picking up this blue beauty! It’s actually better with the lower appreciation/poorer reception for the Code, this especially, else acquiring one would have been way more difficult.

I picked the WG version back in Oct (a silent launch piece) and I’ve been loving it since.

Thank you. Indeed, the less hype the easier to purchase.
I am hearing that the blue dial is becoming a waitlist piece, as boutiques don't get many of them.

Looks awesome....that blue dial.
I need to do better photos of mine.
