Nice shots - new movement, old rotor, for me (although the new rotor looks indeed more modern).

They both look good to me.
But I don't like the coated rotor on the 4308, similar to how I felt about the rotor on my previous 44mm forged carbon ROO. A yellow gold rotor wouldn't fit the esthetics of the new Diver or my prev FC, but coating precious metal seems suboptimal to me. I'd prefer AP use a white gold or platinum rotor to avoid a yellow color item. |

Within the context of the total design, I like the new one. If you just set them on the table by themselves, the old one is prettier. "Pretty" isn't really the design ethos of this watch though so I voted new.
