That is gorgeous! Besides the engraved Rehaut (mine is M013xxx), I don’t see any other differences. Do you? Any concerns?

All M's would have the engraved rehaut. OP's pics are shit - a big concern.

I haven’t seen an ‘M’ without the engraved rehaute but your one is a very early ‘M’.

I don’t see any issues with the script or the markers but others will comment.

Do you have a pix of the card?

Thanks so much for your thoughts. Here’s a picture of the warranty certificate, with the date of purchase in the model; serial number and original buyers name pixelated out. Any thoughts?

Early M serial: M019xxxx

Apologies — I misspoke on serial. It’s actually “Z” not “M”.

So: Z019xxxx

Not an expert but I think base on the pictures you posted it looks great, love the lightly faded bezel color. Here's my M serial for comparison:

I don't think I'm allowed to post a link, but if you Googled "Rolex Submariner 16610LV Kermit: a Complete Guide" you'll easily find a guide that helps you identify period-correct dials and bezels according to its production year/serial number. (of course, they're all compiled by online datas/enthusiasts, not official Rolex released info).

Something doesn’t seem right in this entire discussion. Spidey-senses are tingling.

You post in here all the time. How do you confuse a Z with an M?

Not sure what to believe at the moment.

with 26 posts, your spidey sense is up and you’re ‘not sure what to believe’ I. This ‘entire discussion’ — Hilarious!

let me see if I can help: so, I’ve been a member for almost 10 years, 1000s of posts, many many many watches, and I’ve been interested in adding a Kermit to the collection. So as you might imagine, I’ve been looking at many from various sellers. I’ve looked at several M and Z serial numbers (which you may be aware, we’re both made in 2007). I posted pix of this one because I like it and was hoping to get some informed insights from the experts on this forum, But I mistakenly noted it as an M.

not sure that quells your spidey sense, but there you have it!

I wouldn’t let our post count total be a measuring stick for much of anything.

I’ll hand it back over to the experts.

by way of follow up, turns out this is a correct Kermit, complete set, serviced last month at RSC, which I spoke with to confirm its paperwork of an overhaul, no replacement parts other than a crown, and 2 yr service warranty.

I bought it and Will post some incomings soon.

Thanks everyone for your insights here!

That explains the plain rehaute which was confusing.

Enjoy wearing it.

All, by a way of a quick follow up, I ended up buying this watch, got it to my AD for inspection, and it turns out it’s an all original (except for crown), complete set, super low mileage, crisp and clean Kermit.

Thanks so much for your insights and guidance! Much appreciated

So funny But true! As my friend says about his Patek: “ if you wanna see this watch, you need to come to either my daughter‘s wedding or my funeral.”
