Rolex sub 1680 pearl pip
Hello everybody, I have a question regarding my Rolex red sub 1680 from 1974. The pearl is gone and now I can buy a pip from a sub 16800. Do you think this fits in my watch? Thanks in advance for your help

different pip, 1680 is all acrylic, 16800 has a metal surround and needs a bigger hole. You could make it fit by drilling out the hole but would you do that?

Assuming your watch has the correct bezel, that would not be a great idea.
Just get the smaller pip that fits.
