How to remove a scratch?
I have this pretty cool Ball Watch that I bought about a decade ago and kind of forgot about it. I noticed it has a fairly noticeable vertical scratch on the band in between the lugs. It doesn't feel deep at all. Is there a way I can remove this at home without making things worse?

Making things worse is generally a question of your own talents.
I would use a fiber pencil for this and would likely need to blend the entire link.

That is called an 'honest scratch' and you should just leave it alone.
Also, Ball makes a fabulous watch. Everybody should own at least one. |

Did you end up trying to remove the scratch? If so, what did you end up trying?

I actually ended up selling it as is. It wasn't getting any wrist time and the tritium gas tubes that glow lost about 50% of their brightness over the course of ownership. The money will go towards an upgrade.

Tritium has a half life of 12.5 yrs +/-. It looks amazing for a while but once it starts dimming it loses it's pop in low light. Figured I'd get what I could before it got any worse.
