I find it quite comfortable. The titanium is so light you barely feel it on the wrist. It doesn't taper but not an issue for me.

The Dumont is the limited edition Le 14 bis. I love the anthracite dial. Case is 43.3x31.4. I believe it is the large for the Dumont. Yes, the OP's are 36mm. Teh 41mm felt like all dial and too big for me.
