Incoming!
After a few short months my AD came through…. Note to others that are waiting, be patient, continue to check in and be friendly…. Some of the post in the forum really had me discouraged. But now I’m finally the owner of my first Rolex at 43…. A Datejust 41 with jubile band two tone…. Not sure how to post pics but I’m going to try.

Congratulations that is great. I agree it can be very discouraging, given all the different allocation rules out there - Spend history, Only walk ins, VVIPs only, No orders, Orders take 6 months…sometimes I suspect they are just telling the customer whatever makes their day easiest. At the very least there seem to be different directives from Rolex USA vs Canada vs UK.
It’s only a watch but it can be frustrating for sure. Anyway back to you, glad you got what you wanted! Enjoy.
