Service card only - you can’t replace the original card I’m afraid.

Does having the Original Card really matter that much ?
Looking at buying from a very reputable jewelers but the watch only has photo copy of the original card - shows serial number, should I be concerned ?

Can I get the watch authenticated by Rolex to appease my concern or have an interim service to gain the card ?

I'm very new to Rolex so hope you guys can advise me ...

Yep ....it puts £1000s on the value also some won't buy without the original card , so easier to move on in the future....
I would not buy without the original card or even the original set

On a watch that’s still within the warranty period, yes you’d want that card. Otherwise, I don’t really understand why people care—it’s just a piece of plastic, far easier to fake than a watch. But some people do care.

My advice, if you’re not buying from an AD, is to budget about 1k for a full RSC service, which will also serve as authentication. Then you know you’re getting an authentic and perfectly functional watch that will come with a 2-year service warranty. But be prepared to be without the watch for 2-3 months while the service is underway.
