16570 Polar Dial Indices

Does anyone know what the indices on the 16570 Polar Explorer 2 are made from? I know the black dial ones are white gold but I haven't been able to find anything on the polar ones. I've always been curious about it and wondering if anyone might have an answer here. Thanks!

I had the 216570 Polar and I know the black indices were white gold but painted black. Not sure if this is the same for the previous version 16570.

Correct even the painted ones on all modern day models are white gold, but Rolex does not make the hands they are made by a third party firm called Aiguilles.
