My Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date gains about 6 minutes every two to three weeks. Suggestions?

Yes what is the exact gain and is it a two or three week period. The only true way for testing accuracy and just as important consistency.First give your watch a full manual wind around 40 full crown turns. Now set watch with reliable time source, then wear as normal.Check daily with same time source
note loss or gain then over a week average our the loss or gain, so we know exactly what the daily gain is with your watch. And when was your watch last serviced without all and accurate information cannot help you fully with your problem

If it, in fact, is running that far off, you need to take it in and have it regulated (timed).

First, do as Padi suggests so that you really know what it is doing.. and use a reliable time-signal source, not your computer which is updated at unknown intervals.
