ETA/Valjoux 7750 - What is your preferred execution?

I know there have been countless uses of this movement in many different watch brands in many different adaptations. Sinn, Damasko, Tissot, IWC etc.

I tend to think that the Breitling 13 & Omega 1164 are great examples of this movement being put into use in in tool/dive watches, where the inherent robustness of this movement married well to the great design & build of the watch. What, is your favourite watch to feature any execution of this movement?

I would like to add a dive watch powered by one of these engines in my near future, so have been reading and researching again.

Why would Panerai use a Chrono movement in a three hand watch ?

I have absolutely no idea!! I would assume they used it in a couple of chronos and it made a good base

Sinn 757 UTC, but you already knew that.

The 7750 is my favorite chrono movement, love the 12 hour timing capabilities.

Both very nice. I prefer the Omega, for the cleaner dial (chapter ring) and brushed case.

Breitling is nice, but the all polished case and bracelet detracts a bit from it's instrument like build in my eyes. But excellent none the less .

Another Panerai 7750 (model number 164). I really like how the watch sometimes lets me know it's there through the wobble. Over my 11 years of ownership, it's been robust and reliable.

Thanks! Both are great, indeed. Easily one of my favourite Omega watches. I owned the non-chrono 2220.80 years ago but this one always seemed more interesting to me.

I'm sure most in this thread can relate, give the appreciation for this base movement.
