New user saying hi
Hello everyone,
I've finally managed to join the club of Rolex owners, I got the phone call yesterday and picked up my dream Sea Dweller two tone , couldn't be happier with it. I've always liked watches , even had a fake Rolex when I was 12 (nearly 39 now), over last 1.5 years I've been lucky enough to build a modest collection of 2 breitlings (superocean heritage II and endurance pro), Rado diamond and finally Rolex Sea Dweller. It feels very special to me and signifies a very important moment in my life, that Im finally able to enjoy fruits of my labour . All the best. Adrian |

Thanks guys, I'm absolutely elated with it , once I work out how to add the picture I'll post some wrist shots. It's a stunning piece and exactly what I was looking for , it's got a hefty weight about it and I really like how it feels on the wrist, quite substantial so you're always reminded it's there. I've registered my interested in 3 different places and got my phone call from the Rolex boutique in Glasgow after about 1.5 months , very quick I'd say as I was a new customer with no purchase history . This was meant to be a present to myself for my 40th next year in April so I have to say the call caught me off guard but o could miss the opportunity so here we are.

Many thanks for the warm welcome guys, I know it's "only" a watch but to me it's so much more and I'm so glad to be able to fulfil my dream whilst still being (relatively) young... There's something very special about owning it and I'm sure the collection will only grow so I can pass it on to my kids eventually. It's a very addictive and expensive hobby but the joy it brings me is hard to describe so I guess it's worth every penny. This forum is a nice place as the love and admiration for the watches is palpable, without unnecessary posturing.
