1967/68 Rolex 1675 MK 1 Fuchsia insert - question on lume

Hi all,

I have a 1675 w/ a mark 1 dial and fuchsia bezel insert from '67/'68, and the lume plots appear to have the puffy, zinc sulfide look, but when exposed to UV light, there's hardly any glow visible to the naked eye, and only small points of glow within the plots.

Just wondering if this seems correct or not - from what I've been able to find it seems more common for this zinc sulfide lume to have a more uniform green glow?

Thanks!

Zinc sulfide lume glows bright green when excited by UV. You can't miss it.

Get those pics posted up here. Some without UV and some under the UV light

Ambient light will also charge zinc sulfide lume. Does it appear charged by natural light?
