New to me Rolex 14060M

Years ago I sold my Rolex 14060M Z Serial. I fancy the engraved bezel model. Missed that watch ever since. I like to collect complete full sets. Well I found one that was complete except the bezel protector. I plan to source one hopefully. Photo of watch below.

Cheers,

M

It has a factory service booklet with it so I would assume “not”.

Either way congrats OP.

No. Probably would not have bought one of those because of the pressure to throw in bank box and not to wear.

I have watches like that. Getting older and probably going to be downsizing to 3-4 watches. This one I will keep and wear most of all.

Mine was too over-polished. It'd me nice to find one in like new shape.

Beautiful. Just like mine except I have a "V".

The thing is that's what subs looked like my whole life and 5 years ago when I started looking to buy I just couldn't wrap my head around the 6 digit look. Started lurking here and learned about the whole secondary market for used Rolexes. Managed to source a barely worn full set like yours. I literally enjoy it every day. Hope you enjoy yours a much; it's a classic.

The 14060M Z serial, complete set, was my first Rolex as well and was purchased from a TRF member. It is definitely a classic and a keeper. Enjoy one of the best.

I feel like the 14060M is starting to get a lot of love these days. This makes me happy.

If you’re on the hunt for a Subamriner, a nice 14060M should absolutely be on the short list.

I'm curious. What is it about the 14060M that makes it attractive amongst the Submariner line up?
