94200 Bezel Replacement
Recently bought what I thought was a 94210 on the bay(I know, I know). Ebay Authentication gave it the ok but had the ref listed as a 94200. I did some digging and it looks like the correct ref is later with acrylic black bezel.
While I wait to sort all of this out, has anyone been able to source new black bezels? Overall its in nice condition, even the Rolex bracelet, so wouldn't mind working a deal with the seller but it depends if I can source the correct bezel and keeping the rotating bezel and selling it in the future. |

Quick update, Ebay is offering the cost to convert it to the proper bezel. I may send it to Tudor and get piece of mind.

Good news! Wise of you to use the Ebay Authentication service and glad they are stepping up to cover the proper bezel cost. I think your idea to send it to Tudor is best.
Keep us posted. |

Greetings!
I just received my watch in the mail with a lovely letter from Rolex stating "Parts unavailable, unable to service". First world problems indeed : ) At this point, im thinking of trying one more vintage repair shop in town and getting an invoice for a service and later replacement bezel and having ebay refund me that cost. that would bring my purchase under the 5k mark. and i still have the rotating bezel to keep or sell. |
