I have a sub listed here for sale so i get a message from Sjohn97 that he is interested in buying and to send him an email at [email protected] for quickest reply.

His Private Messages has been turned off.

I emailed him and he responded that he is ready for purchase but also included a rolexforums link to his "collection" if i was interested in trades... the link he provided is a dummy. The link said rolexforums, but actually it would send you to another domain with a copy of our website here showing the login page. So the guy is trying to steal account passwords. He said he was from Cali but everything on the internet shows the real Sjohn97 living in Massachusetts.

My Sherlock Holmes skills says Sjohn97 is real but his account here has been compromised and the hacker is posing as him.

Watch out! if im wrong about all this, whoops...but i dont think i am.

just came here to post the same thing — I just had a similar experience w/ an Explorer II I have listed for sale. the account is definitely trying to phish folks.
