This looks dodgy guys

The discription looks like it has been cut from a site that sells rolex copies. eg "swiss movement" "Stainless steel clasp" and other terms familiar to those sites.
Also he shows a pic of the shop receipt for the watch, but not the inside of the warentee paper which matters the most (papers might have been purchased on ebay)+ not one close up pic of the dial.

This one should be followed up. If this is a fake/scam this seller has put enough effort in, that if this listing is taken down, he will try to relist again or elswere on ebay
Am I right with my assumptions?

I bought this watch in 2005 and have worn it about 6 months. Everything is perfect with the watch and there is just minute wear on the band. Everything is included with the watch as if you were purchasing it brand new. I bought this watch at Hing Wa Lee Jewelers in California. I also have a receipt that I can fax to anyone if needed. I have to sell the watch to buy a house. All boxes are in brand new condition as this watch stayed in my safe. Email if any questions.
