SNJ031 - Sticky strap ?
Have a SNJ031 with beige strap thats been sat on my desk for maybe 6 months just in-front of my window keeping charge.
I picked it up today and the rubber strap is all sticky. At first I thought the battery was leaking - but it's only the strap that was sticky. Any ideas ? Cheers FC |

Something spilled on the strap, or maybe a cleaner/solvent could of come in contact with it? Wash the strap. If it's still sticky I would suspect the latter.

Or it could be glue used in the manufacture of the strap. Even if the strap has stitching, they are usually glued to keep them in position before the stitches go in. So yeah, use a dilute solvent and don't let the solvent linger on the watch strap for very long before washing it off and drying thoroughly.
