1990s-early 2000s guarantee papers - USA vs other

I'm hunting some 5 digit references from the 1990s and have noticed some differences in the guarantee papers.

Some of the guarantee papers have a "Style Number" and the Serial Number in the top right corner, but others only have the Serial Number.

The Style Number is handy because it can indicate, for example, whether the dial was originally black or white.

I was wondering if it was only Rolex USA papers from this era, that could have the Style Number? Did other countries' papers ever have Style Number at all?

Yes, the printed style/model and serial number is only in Rolex USA certs of that era. Rolex SA certs in all other parts of the world from the 1990s had punched (not printed) serial number and the 3-digit country code, but no style/model.
