RSC in the US

I am wondering if there are differences in term of price, lead time and quality of work between the RSC in the U.S.
For those who are using RSC, do you go through your AD or do you send your watches directly to the RSC?
Thanks !

Decent experience with Rolex BH on GMT II

Tragic experience with Rolex Dallas on Daytona 500.

Sold that watch and a couple others out of fear of owning and servicing their products.

The quality control at Dallas is worse than Chinese fakes.

I've only ever used Dallas RSC and had outstanding experiences every time. Always send the watch in myself, using USPS registered mail. Even own my own roll of water activated paper tape just for the purpose.

Another vote for Dallas. My Sub was done in October. Turn around time, one month.

Just curious how often do you get a Sub serviced and round about cost for doing so?

I've only used the NY RSC, and all three times service has been excellent and turnaround time has been around eight weeks. I do not use the AD as that can result in miscommunications regarding my specific service instructions/requests.

Nothing's perfect, but if you use an RSC they will absolutely stand by their work. After all, the watch comes back with a 2 year warranty. What other consumer item can you say that about?

No not really they lie and make you pay to ship it back and will not compare their intake pics to yours etc.... it's another Rolex money mill. Nothing "luxury experience" about it.
