Found a little rolex box and help with I'd.

I don't see anything immediately wrong with the gold dial. The linen-esque other dial... that looks janky. Also, is it me or does it say "TT SWISS MADE TT" at the bottom? I don't think "TT" is a thing, but I'm not an expert. I'd pop the diamonds off & see if they're worth anything on their own. The box is the coolest part of this find to me. Also, how's the jacket?
