For Lecomte himself it’s definitely very good news. A Collected Man sells as we know only very unique and special pieces. That’s it sold in 30 minutes is incredible.

But on the other hand I don’t understand the seller. You had such a great handmade watch and you sold it after 1 or 2 years ???
WHY ??????
You’ll never be able to get one again. He makes less than 10 watches per year.
I understand people selling Rolex, Zenith, IWC, Panerai, Patek ….
If you would regret it you can always get one back
But selling something very VERY unique …. Strange !!

I think the price is set too low for this sales.

Bruno do you have the series 3? Would love to see more pics of this watch. This one is incredibly beautiful

Could not get the series 3
And it’s my own stupid mistake lol

About 1 year ago I told him he had 2 options
1/ produce more watches
2/ sell the watches you make to other people

Reason, he makes less than 8 or 10 per year and I don’t think it’s good that always the same 5-6-7 people buy his watches.
It’s better that also other enthusiasts and often big collectors get the chance to get one.

And that’s what he finally did.
The series 3 is offered exclusively to NEW clients.

Yes I regret this cause I would love to have one… but I’m not selfish so I believe he did the right thing.

Wow, didn’t know about it only being offered to only new clients. It definitely has its own pros and cons. I really wish I was more aware of the brand because I would’ve tried to get a Series 2. I love that watch. I’m definitely going to keep my eye on the brand going forward.
