Yacht-Master click spring in Sub?

Is it possible to put the click-spring from a Yacht-Master into a Sub so that the bezel can be turned both ways? Since I don't dive, having a uni-directional bezel would be a nuisance...

I do not dive either but I much rather the unidirectional bezel as if I am timing something its not going to get knocked out of position.

Either way I am sure one of the guys in the know will be here soon to answer that for sure.
