Incoming Ming

I’ve always been interested in this Ming 39.05 Monophase. A date complication is something that I use often and I think this is one of the cleanest Implementation. I missed this when it was as release but with the current market, I was able to pick this up recently at deep discount to original MSRP.

The watch looks even better in person and I’m really enjoying it. I like the gen1 blue sapphire dial with laser etched pattern much more than Gen 2 sunburst with the stars. I like the subtle dial pattern that comes to live in certain light conditions, and it didn’t disappoint in person.

It’s interesting that both this 37.05 Moonphase and the 22.01 GMT are 38mm but the bigger dial of this 37.05 makes the watch looks bigger.

Congratulations. I have the GMT Kyoto. Love the fit on my 6.3" wrist. I really like Ming watches. They are quite different from other watches.

Thank you all. The funny thing is that I forgot it is a manual wind. I picked it up this morning and for a moment, I was wondering why it stopped
