Can i pull it off?

Can anyone give me their thoughts as to if the Skydweller is too big for me? I don't know wrist size i will have to measure. But below is a picture of my YM for reference.

I have 2 questions

1) what size wrist do you think you need to have to ensure the Sky doesn't look silky? in your opinion

2) Based on the pic below, do you think i could pull it off? this would be worn mostly with blue suits.

PS - is my wrist big enough for it??
here is a link to my YM on my wrist for reference.

I didn’t look at the picture but if you like wearing it then it fits you fine. Don’t be concerned with what other people think.

Doesn't matter your wrist size. Wear what you like.

If you think it fits, it fits. If you think it doesn't, it doesn't. It's your call.

If it's bugging you it probably doesn't.

You’ll be fine. I can almost pull it off. A lot of the pics that we see, on here, make it look bigger than it actually wears. Here it is on my 6.3 inch wrist:

In these type of discussions I've found shape of wrist is important. I have small wrists but the shape of my wrist is such that my SS Sky D wears perfect.

I tried a few on the other day

My right wrist is 7.2” and left is 7”. Pics are at this link.

Tried shrinking to upload, but that was PITA

This should help you out.

It all depends on how you feel once you resize it and strap it on your wrist

I used to work with someone who wouldn’t wear blue suits, he stuck to black or grey.

He felt black socks and shoes wouldn’t match and clashed with the blue.

He could fix the sock issue with blue ones, but still had the issue with the shoes, most business shoes are black.

What’s your thoughts, how do you deal with his dilemma?

i agree with him, brown shows and belt! any color socks, except black,
which why i think a black dial clashes...

anyone agree?

I didn’t click the link, but I’m sure it’ll work if you have a decent sized wrist

I'm sure you could pull it off.
I have a 6 3/4" flat wrist and have no issues with the size.
Whatever you're comfortable with.

You wrist appears large enough to wear it. I got one when they were 1st introduced. Found it way too large for my 6.3" wrist.

I wear mine on Oyster Flex on a 6.5 inch wrist. It’s my favorite watch to wear.

Tried it on with OF strap. Too big for my 6.4 inch wrist. And that is not only diameter, but also thickness. It is a bulky watch and I wouldn’t recommend it for wrists under 7 inch.

Unless you go 36 then it will be close to the same size. If you can get a sky, I would. It’s an incredible watch.

No, but I like them both very much.

Interesting comment about simplicity and ease. Size I get, simplicity I don't. The Sky Dweller couldn't be more user friendly to set and read. Its cleverness is its simplicity.

There's no such thing as too big. It is all about perspective and what you like. I've seen women wearing 40mm+ watches that some would say are men's watches only. Nevertheless you can pull off anything that you like as long as it's not too big or small that it's uncomfortable. If you like it, rock it, end of story.
