Where to source a half-link for an 8385-2 YG DD bracelet?
I'm trying to get my hands on a 32-20657 half-link (it may actually be a 1.5 link, not sure) for an 8385 bracelet. The local Rolex boutique called RSC NY and learned that these were recently discontinued. The boutique was nice enough to give me the part number, though.
I'm trying to find one to fix a minor fit issue with my 18238: It's either too tight, or juuuust a little too loose. Anyone have any ideas where I might find one? I tried Googling, but didn't find anything. Any advice much appreciated. |

Thanks for the information.
I've gotten a lot of conflicting information. RSC Dallas told me the part was available, but I'd need to order through the boutique. Boutique told me after calling Dallas that this isn't the case, because the part is discontinued. Suggested I try calling around to see if any local shops have any stock left over. Etc, etc. I found an intrepid local dealer willing to take up the challenge. His view, based on some quick research is that the aforementioned part number is incorrect--it's for a standard link. The correct part number is 32-21403, which is for an "XL" link. In his system, this XL link showed as orderable. I placed an order, so I guess we'll see if it actually gets filled. And if it gets filled, I guess we'll see whether it's the correct part! :) |

Try another boutique, maybe someone there is more knowledgeable.
