Additional larger link for DD40

I recently bought a 228235 and absolutely love the watch but find not having any micro adjustment it’s making it difficult to get the fit just right.

It’s a smidgen too tight but with another link added it’s too loose and being a heavy watch it moves around uncomfortably. I seem to recall reading somewhere that it’s possible to get a slightly larger link, 1.25 the size of the regular links.

Does anyone know if this is possible please as I think that would solve the issue for me? I haven’t had chance to call into an AD yet, hence the question.

Thank you if anyone can advise.

You can get a half link from the AD. I bought one and it was just enough for when my wrist swells. If I remember right is was like 800 dollars for it.

You can get a 1.25 link but they are pricey. For my platinum one I believe it was 1700

I have struggled with fit on my DD watches over the years and have just moved out of one based on that. Sometimes I find it acceptable as I don't wear the watches very much. Other times it is at best disappointing but I know each time I buy one. My advice, buy a Rolex watch with Glide Lock or the Easy Link System. Makes it all a lot easier. My current PM piece is a YG Sky-Dweller.

I believe the 1.25 link you're looking for is part # 32-33531 and retails for $750 USD. Good luck!
