Tudor Boutique Opening and meeting Tudor CEO

Had the good fortune to be invited and attend the opening of the Kooheji Tudor Boutique in Bahrain. This particular AD has been so generous in offering me some really wonderful Rolex and Tudor references that it was my pleasure to fly in from Saudi and attend the opening of the store and show support. Also, my sales rep who just happens to be the owners son has become a real close friend so it was great to catch up with him at the event.

It was also a pleasant surprise to be able to meet and briefly chat with the Tudor CEO. He complimented me on my blue Boutique Chrono and I returned the compliment on his pink chrono, also managed to get a wrist shot of his watch.

Food was excellent with a variety of tasty treats, however struck out on the claw machine.

Managed to come back home with a nice bag of Tudor swag and one real nice suprise, a GRNR for my father's 80th which will be in March. Had requested the watch back in October believing that a 6 month lead time would be sufficient but these guys really do go the extra mile, truly blessed with this relationship.

Apologies in advance as the majority of pics are food related and not watch related, the Boutique was packed most of the night....

What were the prizes in the claw machines? Were they watches?

The assumption is that there are watches in the claw machine but I actually never verified. The balls contain what looks like Tudor watch pouches and the assumption is there are watches in the pouches.

Saw 4 or 5 other people trying and no one was successful. Also if I remember correctly a similar machine was set up near the Tudor store in Geneva during W&W.
