Hi guys,

I'm heading to NY this weekend. Would like to go see an AD or two.

I am wondering if you guys can propose any that discounts (nothing major but the basic stuff)
I am looking for a GV at about 10% off or something.

I'm also wondering how it works in terms of taxes for someone that lives in Canada. Do I have to pay them and reclaim or they just don't charge them?

Just an FYI Tourneau doesn't discount at all unless you are buying pre-owned Rolex.

Not looking for a Tourneau. A mom/pop or anything that is privately owned is usually a better bet for decent discount.

William Barthman in Broadway. They gave me good discount on the 2 SD's I bought from them last Dec and Jan...I had them shipped out to NJ so there wouldn't be sales tax. Juan Carlos and Ashley made the sale to me.

That's funny.... I was just about to say avoid William Barthman downtown at all costs, esp salesman Juan Carlos. Very rude customer service and I would never give them a penny of my hard earned money.

If your on Long Island,I would recommend Rose Jewels.They have two locations.One is in Patchaque and the other in the Hamptoms.Good luck and please tell them Tom DEEPSEA told you about them.
