Yep the Sub-Date 93250 will fit, it runs $1150, but it does not have All Solid Links or the newer clasp with the easy-link. Older clasp runs approx $200-300, the new clasp goes for $950 from Rolex.

I brushed the center links on my GMT II C, IMO changed the look of the watch for the better. Nice pictures!

Don't know and don't care. My watches are to wear and enjoy and resale is never a consideration. Not faulting those who do, but it's not an issue with me.

I can see a difference in the brush finishes did you do it yourself or did you get it done by a pro?

OK, I just got my GMT IIC this afternoon, When I first saw a IIC in an AD I decided I would have the center links brushed when I bought one, now, after wearing one for six hours, I'm not so sure, they don't bother me as bad as I thought they would. I think for the time being I am going to leave it alone, if I decide to change it Bob Ridley told me he could have it done in no time.

Looks good. The all SS sport watches look much better with brushed finish.

I'm on the fence about this. I think it looks good both ways. The 116710 is a flashier watch no doubt and this tones it down some but I really like the shine of the ceramic bezel next to the polished center links.

I'm happy to stay with PCL's . I like to leave my watches the way they were designed.

I prefer the polished center, though ask me again as the watch gets older with more scratches.

JJ, I'm with you. I like the polished center links. I think it sets Rolex apart from all the "clone" watches out there. The polished links go with the highly polished ceramic bezel.
