The sellers account is from 2004. But feedback is ridiculously low and non existent. Could be an elderly seller that rarely uses ebay. I was going to shoot over an offer but I don't know. I know PayPal is safe. But I don't want a hassle with getting my cash back from a scammer. Thoughts?
