I have the 116710 of a similar vintage and there are some differences with your watch.

When you press down on your bezel is it solid or squishy?

Brave call.
I see 2 issues that would want to see better photos.
It may very well be genuine, but I am not convinced enough to 100% authenticate it

I don't see issues with it. The common tells aren't associated with this watch and to my knowledge they haven't released one of Rolex-quality-look-a-like :-)

Real.

Take to an AD with a watchmaker on site, have them inspect the movement.

Means nothing anymore. The 3186 movement has been cloned with 90% accuracy much like the 3135.

Usually these posts are people trying to see if their rep would fool even the enthusiasts. I don't see how anyone would purchase a 5 figure watch without being certain of its authenticity. What is the order of the hand stack? I cant tell from the photos you posted. That is an easy way to determine if it is a rep or not, as the stack is 9/10 times incorrect on a rep. A close up photo of the blue to black transition on the bezel would also help. Genuine ceramic gmt bezels are made of 1 piece and the colors blend at the transitions, where as the rep is 2 pieces with a hard transition.
